Overview:

Dr Remya Lathabhavan is an Assistant Professor of Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She has received her Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli for thesis titled “ Relationship of women’s glass ceiling beliefs with career outcomes”. She is a NET-JRF holder in HRM and NET holder in Management. Her research interests include Glass Ceiling, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Career Progression, mental health and psychology. She (co) authored many articles and book chapters in peer-reviewed journals and books.
